Pistachio     

Over 5000 years, originated within Iranian territory. The longest living plant survivor at the service of man-kind, through the generation has succeeded worthy of being productive in the wild as well as cultivated under control of man regenerating by the knowledge of growers inside Iran yielding 1.3 ton per hectar.
Experiences and experiments have proven to all that soil + weather conditions especially in Iran territory Kerman province were excellent location for pistachios trees to grow. more than 1.5 million inhabitants within Iran are living directly or indirectly on this precious commodity.
More than 20 varieties are known within Iran and most well known are : AKBARI, BADAMI, FANDOGHI KALEGHOCHI AND JANGALI .
